From now on the accounting software EuroFib for Windows supports sending of e-mails using SMTP (simple mail transfer protocol). This new function is an alternative to a full e-mail client (e.g. MS Outlook). When activated, all e-mails from EuroFib will be sent by SMTP according to your settings (e.g. reminder management, balance confirmations, aviso, flash-export, sets, ...).
You are able to activate and define the necessary settings under "Special programs => System administration => SMTP - settings" for each client. The activation of an optional procotol is possible (path & filename).
On allocation of the name and e-mail address to an existing EuroFib user you are able to activate "BCC" - with this setting the sender gets his own mails as a blind copy (= send confirmation).
