In the accounting software EuroFib for Windows you are able to create several status (e.g. lawyer, closing invoice, insolvency, ...) and save them to your open items. After that, you can select and/or display these "special status" in your reports. So you have additional individual informations for each OI.
You can find these changes in the application under:
Reports => Open items => ...
- Special status (= basic data)
- Screen (Selection status from/to, display on tabpage "ext. vouchernumber")
- Print out (Additiona info and additional info 1)
- SpecialOI (Selection status from/to with sort/sum/new page, print out "additional info")
