The OI-management within the accounting software EuroFib for Windows has been extended. From now on you are able to clear open items in the open items screen mask directly.
(= clearing process afterwards without posting online mask)
Click the right mouse button on the OI-screen report to a desired open item and choose "prepare for clearing". You are able to add several other open items if needed - just pull them to the additional window (drag & drop).
Click the right mouse button on a OI-position and choose "allocate to this position" - now all displayed open items from the additional window will be allocated.
Requirement:
The EuroFib user needs a special right for this - role: "Allocate open items directly".
Advice:
Only postings without foreign currencies and the application doesn´t post discount automatically!
