The following checks of the accounting software EuroFib have been restructured and are to be used from now on as follows:
Reports => Miscellaneous => Controls:
- voucher numbers
Here you can check your voucher groups for duplicate/missing voucher numbers.
- Balances in comparison to open items
Here you are able to compare your account balances (year-dependent) to your open items (year-independent).
Especially missing EB bookings can be found quickly.
- Summary accounts
Here you are able to compare your general ledger (summary accounts) with the sub-ledger (debtors/creditors) and find shifts due to subsequent changes in the basic data.
