The financial accounting software EuroFib for Windows provides the possibilty to perform suspense tax postings (input tax, sales tax) automatically. The following new options has been added:
- Dissolve if paid completely
- Dissolve if payment amount higher than tax amount
- Dissolve tax proportionate (percental)
- Dissolve without payment
In the software you have to define these new options under "Basic data => Company index => Tax definitions => Dissolve suspense tax". The tax codes for the suspense tax and dissolve suspense tax will be defined in this program too.
The programs under "Posting => Dissolve tax" use the settings mentioned above.
