Consideration of internal or extarnal voucher number on input invoice number

If you enter the invoice number within the clearance screen it will be searched for the internal or external voucher number depending on the settings of the voucher type.

Settings of the voucher type:
- "clear OI" is activated
- "input invoice number" is activated
- "display" external voucher number or internal voucher number
