Basic data => Accounts data => Selection fields
You can enter specifications (value incl. description) with a click on the button "...".
You can search for this specifications under "Basic data => Accounts data => Real accounts" with F3.
If you activate the checkbox "Vorg. p." (check specifications) your specifications are mandatory and you cannot enter any other values into the selection field on the real accounts.
